Grameen Shikkha IDKIDS Slum Students Secondary School Support Project-8
The Grameen Shikkha IDKIDS Slum Students Secondary School Support Project-8, funded by the IDKIDS Foundation of France, aims at providing financial support to 110 poor slum children from Sections 11 and 12 of Mirpur who are studying in grade-7 at three local high schools in Mirpur under Dhaka North City Corporation. The project is approved by the NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh Government and has a budget of BDT 12.36 lacs for the year 2022. Project activities are supervised from the local Grameen Shikkha office in Section-10, Mirpur. Objective of the project is to assist these students complete secondary education and advance toward higher education. Students are receiving education under the mainstream education system of Bangladesh under the Ministry of Education of Bangladesh Government.
