Grameen Shikkha IDKIDS Slum Students Secondary School Support Project
The GrameenShikkha IDKIDS Slum Students Secondary School Support Project, funded by the We Act for Kids Foundation of France, aims atproviding financial support to130poor slum girlsfrom Sections 11 and 12 of Mirpur who are studying in grade-6 at three local high schools in Mirpur under Dhaka North City Corporation. The project is approved by the NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh Government. Project activities are supervised from the local Grameen Shikkha office in Section-10, Mirpur. Objective of the project is to assist these students complete secondary education and advance toward higher education. Students are receiving education under the mainstream education system of Bangladesh under the Ministry of Education of Bangladesh Government.
