ATAP Amanah Three-Zero Non-formal Primary School (2026)
The ATAP Amanah Three-Zero Non-formal Slum School Project, funded by Ms. Sharifah Sofia of Malaysia, is providing non-formal primary education to 40 slum children in Mirpur under Dhaka North City Corporation. Approved by the NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh Government and with a yearly budget of BDT 4.46 lacs in the year 2026 the project is providing grade-1 primary education at the school in two shifts – morning and afternoon, each shift with 20 students. Project activities are supervised from the local Grameen Shikkha office in Section-10, Mirpur. Text books for this school is supplied free of cost by the Directorate of Primary Education under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education of Bangladesh Government.
